Eight modules across three pillars, 58 lessons: Body, Heart and Connection. The structured course material in full, plus the guided practice scripts, the Grounding Pack, the Safety and Referral Toolkit and the workbook.

A supportive space to explore topics that may feel confusing, tender or layered, without pressure or shame.
